  Instructions

To look up a business, please type in the name of the business and the district, ward, or city they're in. (Please put a specific business name and not a generic business type)

Once you type in the name of the business and their location, click the "Autofill" button to look up business.

After clicking "Autofill" please verify the information is correct before submitting information.

  Subcategories

Before selecting subcategories please choose a main category first.

To select multiple subcategories using your computer, "hold ctrl or cmd + click" to select multiple options.
